Gemini Holdings — Two-Level Commercial Office Fit-Out

NIUTECH completed full commercial fit-out works on a two-level office building for Gemini Holdings, a Papua New Guinean private property holdings company. Delivered to a finish standard suitable for major corporate tenancy, the building is now fully tenanted by a PNG Government Department — a strong endorsement of the delivery quality. The project highlights NIUTECH's capability to take an empty commercial shell to lease-ready handover for blue-chip occupants.
MRDC House — Level 3 Demolition & Strip-Out

NIUTECH delivered the demolition and strip-out works at Level 3 of MRDC House in downtown Port Moresby, supporting the building's wider refurbishment and re-development programme. The works were carried out in a live commercial environment — coordinated carefully alongside continuing tenant operations on other floors to minimise disruption. The project demonstrated NIUTECH's ability to deliver controlled, safe demolition in occupied buildings, a capability often underestimated in commercial refurbishment work.
